What's a report credit?
Each time you draft an automated survey report, one credit is consumed. Credits cover the processing that turns your completed checklist into a structured professional report. Credits are never used for accessing checklists, capturing photos, or syncing data.
Do credits expire?
Purchased credits (credit packs) never expire — use them at your own pace. Free signup credits also don't expire. Pro subscription credits reset monthly on your billing date and do not roll over.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes, at any time. You'll retain access to your Pro allowance until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, you revert to credit-only mode — any purchased credits you have remain usable.
What counts as a report?
Drafting a report from a completed survey checklist uses one credit. Editing, saving, re-exporting, or printing an existing report does not use a credit. You can edit a drafted report as many times as you like.
